I don't even know how to start to thank you. Alone the fact that I am able to talk about this with someone...

Something happened right after I sent you my last email ... and somehow something clicked inside of me. I don't even know what it was, or how, or why.

I finally went to bed and I laid there in the darkness... and it was just amazing. All of a sudden I got it. I felt it... and I can't even describe to you what I felt, what I saw. But it was there, and I was moved to tears. And it made it all make sense. It made clear that I needn't understand it. It made obvious what my first "task" in this process is. It was as if a movie about me was being played in the darkness of my bedroom, with characters I recognized, the frustration building up inside of me, the consequences I was passing on to others... it was all there before my eyes. It also gave me a hint how to deal with it, how to accept and love so I can begin to grow out of it. And I thought of you when the next day I hit upon the lesson in my meditation course that deals with fear, and trust... I didn't even know there was such a lesson on the podcast, but there it was.
